The "Brains Trust" is a mastermind and peer advisory group for owners of home service companies who are looking to systemize their business, hit their profit number, and build a self-managed company.
Access to experienced home service owners who are where you want to be and can tell you how to get there.
Leverage proven tools and frameworks that make success predictable and transferable.
Designed to provide practical solutions to real-world business problems, not just theory or "fluff".
We offer a safe, encouraging space for you to discuss the good, the bad, and the truly ugly aspects of growing your business. It’s not only a place where you can get the support you need, it’s also a place where you get a front-row seat to the journey of others like you who are is systemizing, scaling, or exiting their business.
You're smart. You could figure all this stuff out on your own. I'm sure of it. But how long will that take? Joining the Brains Trust is a shortcut. It will accelerate your success. How much further ahead could you be in 5 years if you had the support of peers who have "been there, done that"?
Here’s how it works…

"Brains Trust" groups provide an immersive community of like-minded peers who you can relate to, connect with, give to, and learn from.
These are 6 – 10 member peer groups led by a “been there, done that” home service business owner. Groups meet monthly (usually over Zoom) for a structured, 90-minute board meeting designed to help you:
Breakthrough bottlenecks
Stay accountable to your goals
Process new opportunities, and...
Celebrate the wins!
NOTE: We take great care in forming our Brains Trust groups. Some of the placement factors include, but are not limited to, business stage (i.e. revenue), geography and location, skill sets (complimentary and non-competitive), and availability (finding a meeting time that’s convenient for you).

(For You And Your Team!)

Every now and then you might be caught in a "holy shit" type situation. A critical problem you need a solution to right away. Chances are, we've faced the same problem before, and come out the other side. So you'll have our direct line for any unscheduled emergency calls to talk you through these critical issues and questions, one-on-one, in real-time.
Since any group is only as good as its “worst” member, we set out to build a mastermind and coaching program made up of only successful (but humble), experienced (but open-minded), and ambitious (but ethical) entrepreneurs.
