The Quality Of A Mastermind Is Determined By Who Is NOT Allowed In The Room

Since any group is only as good as its “worst” member, we set out to build a mastermind and coaching program made up of only successful (but humble), experienced (but open-minded), and ambitious (but ethical) entrepreneurs. You know…the kind of people WE want to hang out with. To that end, here are our core membership requirements:

Entrepreneurial Leader.

Owner/CEO or controlling shareholder

Experienced.

2+ years in current business (or 4+ years entrepreneurial experience)

Established.

$500k+ Annual Revenue ($3M+ Annual Revenue to qualify for our Platinum Group)

Ambitious.

Sincere desire to at least 3X revenue and profit in 3 - 5 years

Humble.

Possesses a willingness to learn and a sincere desire to share

Committed.

Able and willing to attend monthly Brains Trust meetings (90-min)

*Note: Meeting the specific quantitative requirements does not automatically guarantee admittance into the Brains Trust. There are other more important, qualitative requirements that will be addressed during the interview and onboarding process.

INTERVIEW

You’ll meet with one of our enrollment managers for a joint interview where we’ll discuss program details, answer questions, and determine which program is the best fit.

CHAIR MEETING

You’ll connect with one of our Brains Trust Chairs for a final interview and to begin the planning and onboarding process.

BRAINS TRUST SESSION

You’ll meet your fellow members, attend your first Brains Trust session, and get some “quick win” strategies.

Learn More About What It Means To Be Part Of The Brains Trust Community

When does the program start?

The Brains Trust includes a customized onboarding and kickstart, so you can get started right away.

What’s the time commitment?

You and your team can attend as much or as little of the live intensives, and Coaching Sessions as you like. All sessions are recorded and questions can be submitted ahead of time if you can’t make a session.

That said, we do ask that you commit at least 90 minutes a month for your monthly Brains Trust meetings.

Beyond that, everything else is as-needed and when-needed.

Are there live events or things I will need to travel for?

Up to you! We plan to hold our yearly conference and retreats at 5-star resorts within the US and also abroad. We'll announce these events well in advance so you can decide if you'd like to attend, and plan accordingly.

My business is still early stage and I’m just getting started, is this right for me?

Yes. We have dedicated groups for smaller operators who need help to launch, grow, and gradually build a team around them. Please let us know if you are in this early stage during the interview process.

Who are the advisors?

Brains Trust Advisors are required to show multiple years of proven experience as a home service business owner of a sizable operation, to be chosen. They then must complete extensive training to work with members and be licensed to deploy our proprietary tools and frameworks. The selection process is rigorous because we strive to provide you with only the best advisors in the business.

Do I get 1:1 support and coaching?

Brains Trust members get access to live small group coaching sessions. You’ll get a chance to ask your specific questions in the same manner as 1:1, but you’ll have a group of other trusted members there as well who can provide additional feedback and support.

You'll also have direct 1:1 access to us should you need it for "emergency calls".

Can I include my team on the calls?

Yes! And in fact, we encourage you to. You can add up to 5 team members to your account. These team members can access all the recorded trainings as well as attend the intensive workshops, and coaching sessions.
